My Romance

My romance doesn’t have to have a moon in the sky
My romance doesn’t need a blue lagoon standing by
No month of May, no twinkling stars
No hideaway, no soft guitars

My romance doesn’t need a castle rising in Spain
Nor a dance to a constantly surprising refrain
Wide awake I can make my most fantastic dreams come true

My romance doesn’t need a thing but you.

  10. Roger/Hart My Romance is my one and only #1 favorite song, in fact I have the lyrics on my desktop. Love Bluesette by Brubeck. another favorite is Limehouse Blues. Artist I adore and love are Goodman, Dizzy,Basie,Joplin, Ellington,
Oscar Peterson and Marsalis. Renee's Dad was a Jazz Saxophone player, saprano, alto, tennor, and Bass. I prefer Alto. Now I am humming it. Thanks so much for this post. CLICK!!!!! yvonne

  11. I'm not sure if this is accessible behind the paywall but here is a story about Shetland and knitting. When I saw it I thought immediately of you and your venture into the far north last year. Belmont House is the name of the hotel no one could remember. http://www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/2/8fad78fc-d3e7-11e5-8887-98e7feb46f27.html
